WE ARE TREATING ONLY THE PATIENT'S MAXILLO-MANDIBULAR MALRELATIONSHIP AND/OR TEMPOROMANDIBULAR JOINT (TMJ/TMD) DISORDER. WE (OASIS DENTAL) OR DR. BRENDAN STACK OR DR. This patient presented to the office with an upper and lower jaw malrelationship with a TMJ Disorder (TMD) that was verified with imaging. The main concerns were the upper and lower jaw malrelationship. Other concerns reported were jaw locking, both TMJ clicking, grinding teeth, headaches, back of head pain, side of head pain, right ear ringing (tinnitus), right and left eye pressure. She also reports having neck pain, neck jerk tics, feeling the need to "crack the neck", poor sleep and pain interfering with sleep This patient underwent Functional Jaw Orthopedic (ALF - Active/Alternative Lightwire Functional) and Non Extraction Braces Treatment.
